Terms of Service

1. Orders — Placing an order on PLUMIE is free and commitment-light: our team calls you to confirm every order before anything ships. You can modify or cancel during that call. 2. Prices & payment — All prices are in Algerian dinars (DZD) and include taxes. Payment is cash on delivery: you pay the courier when your order arrives, after inspecting it. 3. Delivery — We deliver to all 58 wilayas via our delivery partners, to your home or a stop desk. Estimated times are shown at checkout; delays by the courier can occasionally happen. 4. Inspection & exchanges — Open and inspect your parcel before paying. If something is wrong you may refuse it at no cost. Size exchanges are accepted within 48 hours for unworn items with tags. 5. Fair use — Orders with wrong phone numbers or repeatedly refused deliveries may be declined in the future. 6. Contact — For any question about these terms, reach us via the contact page or WhatsApp.
